ABOUT MINDFUL MONDAYS

Meghan created Mindful Mondays in 2020 for her parents, who are in home isolation during the COVID-19 crisis. When she worked at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in the Berkshires of Massachusetts, her parents loved to visit and enjoyed Kripalu programming focused on cultivating compassion through mindfulness practices. Meghan left Kripalu in 2019 to pursue a graduate degree at Naropa University in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling Psychology, has completed over 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training, and holds a Masters degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She hopes that this resource will be helpful for many people during these extraordinarily stressful times.
