Truth & Expression

In today’s world, the truth can feel like a rare commodity. When we are able to deeply listen to ourselves, we of course find that the truth is always patiently awaiting our attention within. This week we will focus on using our understanding of ourselves and our personal truths, to compassionately and creatively express into the world our deepest desires and longings to create more peace, connection, and creativity in the world. When our thoughts, words, and deeds are in alignment, we are our most vital selves, in service of our highest good and connected to the world and those around us.
