WEEK 7

Beauty & Bliss

This week we will bring into our awareness the beauty that lies within each one of us. Each of us, behind the chatter and movement of our everyday lives, is made of pure, still, serene, loving awareness. This is beauty beyond measure and beyond qualities; it is bliss. When we are able to connect to that place within ourselves, we can see that all living beings come from this same place: we are one and we are intricately and undeniably interconnected. This realization is integral in today’s world and it can be a painful one as well. Our work is to hold this in loving awareness and to allow it to impact us in how we live our daily lives.


If you enjoyed Week 6 content in silence, you are encouraged to take Week 7 content in silence as well. As a reminder, “In silence” means not speaking or even using nonverbal communication with others, aside from a friendly smile. It includes turning off your phone and only utilizing the media outlined here. It is of course your choice if you’d like to take this on and you may choose to do this for the full day or for a half day.
