WEEK 4

Love & Connection

This week’s focus is on opening the heart and feeling into a sense of love within ourselves so that we may share that with others. There are enormous waves of fear sweeping across our globe; contraction of our hearts and bodies is a natural and automatic protective response. Our conscious work today is to be awake and aware of the challenges that we face, while maintaining an open heart so that we may feel into the awareness that we are all intricately connected with one another.
