YALE'S SCIENCE OF WELLBEING COURSE

The Science of Well-Being, a 3 hr/wk, 10-wk online course guiding you towards implementing practices into your daily life that are proven to make you happier. KRISHNA DAS "HANGING IN THE HEARTSPACE"

Free online satsangs - announced as they are scheduled. Krishna Das leads practices and sessions that are devotional, so this recommendation is unlike others on Mindful Mondays which are non-denominational and mindfulness-based or science-based. It's a beautiful practice if you are comfortable with bhakti yoga.
