Stability & Security
This week’s focus is to slow down any reactivity to the world around us, and to land in the present moment in our bodies. In moments of stress and chaos, we need an anchored home base within ourselves in which we feel safe, secure, and stable, no matter the external circumstances of the world. Of course, we will inevitably experience disruptions to this sense of safety. The more we practice grounding and centering within ourselves, the more quickly we can keep coming home.
