WATCH: WALKING MEDITATION (5M)

Walking Meditation with Thich Nhat Hanh

PRACTICE: MINDFUL WALKING (30-60M)

Get outside to do a 30-60 minute walk as *slowly* as you possibly can, keeping Thich Nhat Hanh’s teachings in mind of how to walk softly with the earth. Connect with the support of your bones in your body and the earth beneath you and repeat the day’s mantra to yourself.
