Consider the following prompts, watching for the emergence of your own inner resources that you may forget you *always* have within you:

Notice how you feel inside of yourself in this moment. What are the qualities of your being? How does this differ from how you felt this morning, yesterday, last week?

Reflect on a time when you felt supported and upheld by others in your life. Who were they? What did they do that made you feel supported? How did it make you feel? What of these qualities do you wish to embody for yourself?

Reflect on a time when you were able to offer that support to another. What kind of impact did this have on others? How did it make you feel?

What is your capacity for patience? How might you continue to develop your ability to be patient with yourself, with others, with the world? How does this show up in your life?
​
How do you feel inside your home? What do you like the most about your space? What could you do to make your home feel like a sanctuary?

Which practices from today most resonated with you? What would you like to carry forward with you?
