Vitality & Pleasure
Every week, we will re-visit the Week 1 theme of safety & stability to ensure we are starting our retreat days from a place of centeredness and groundedness. We will then also add in new themes and practices to explore the full range of our shared humanness. It is not enough to just survive right now; let’s explore how to thrive and enjoy life in the face of today’s challenges.
In Week 2, we’ll add in some practices to help us feel alive, vibrant, healthy, and able to enjoy life’s simplest pleasures. When we are attuned to the sensations of life around us and inside of us in all its manifestations - the air we breathe, the beating of our heart, the food we consume, the smells we smell, and the sounds we hear - there is opportunity to experience joy in every moment.
