Repeat them out loud to yourself, to another person, or in the mirror; it is very important to use your voice in this exercise!

PRACTICE: WALK (~30M)
Get outside to do a ~30 minute walk. If there are naturally beautiful areas near you that feel safe to access, take advantage of the healing power of nature as well!
