Choose which practice(s) from today you would like to continue practicing this week. Create an intention for the rest of the week with this in mind.

PRE-BED PRACTICE: FIRE GAZING (30-60M)

First, practice with this 4-min Fire Meditation with Rewire Me. Then, engage in a longer meditation for as long as you'd like using a live or online fire as the object of your attention.

Use a natural fire in your fireplace

Light some candles

Watch and listen to an online crackling fire
