OR 10min Yoga with Micah Mortali (more rigorous option)

PRACTICE: MINDFUL WALKING (30M)

Get outside to do a mindful walk, repeating this week’s mantra to yourself (reminder of Week 1’s 5m walking meditation instructions with Thich Nhat Hanh)
